ELLE Media: Account Manager, Sales

To help us achieve our mission of empowering women, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager, Sales to join our dynamic, dedicated and growing sales team. In this highly visible role, the Account Manager, Sales will be responsible for growing existing business as well as developing new business in the Tri-State area as well as the New England Territory and will be responsible for all aspects of digital sales across the brand, including branded content, influencer and experiential marketing with a comprehensive understanding of programmatic digital media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Think creatively and strategically at all times to produce effective solutions for clients
- Cultivate strong relationships at all levels, both at the agency level and on the client side of the business, to develop SHE Media brand advocates
- Must be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups in client and agency meetings, clearly communicating SHE Media’s value proposition
- Works closely with all internal specialists including integrated marketing, planning, influencer marketing, events and client services to create solid marketing solutions for your clients
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience selling online advertising
- Experience in digital sales. Experience in branded content, influencers and event sales an asset
- Demonstrates a solid understanding and ability to maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Excellent business presentation skills, including strong oral and verbal communication
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in a challenging environment
- Some travel is required
