These announcements were made during the company’s 2023 initial presentation on Wednesday, September 14 at Webster Hall in New York City. The variety show-style event showcased talent from some of the media company’s most popular shows including, Radio KFC which has just celebrated its 10 years on the air, sports podcast n°1 Pardon my griphockey podcast #1 Spit Chiclets, Chicks In The Office#1 golf podcast pre-game,out and about, Nasty girl pod, BFFs, PlanBri, The Yak and more. The event ended with a live charity auction held on a live shopping platform Shelfwhere all proceeds went to Crisis text linewhich provides free, anonymous, real-time assistance to people in crisis.

Additionally, the CEO of Barstool Erika Ayers Nardini and founder Dave Portnoy explained how the company plans to further expand its reach among hard-to-reach 18-34 year olds and its unparalleled influence to move products for brands. Nardini and Portnoy reported that over the past six years, bar stool revenues have increased by 3,650%; this year alone, its workforce has increased by 42%.       • Barstool against America – The Barstool Road Trip Competition returns for Season 3 with two teams of Barstool personalities competing in bigger challenges in new cities across the United States.

      • Most Dangerous Game Show – Eight Barstool employees will once again be plucked from the office to survive in the desert and face their greatest fears, and each other.

  • Pausing live sporting events:
    • NYPD vs. FDNY Charity Hockey Game: For the first time, Barstool Sports’ Spittin’ Chiclets will take over the broadcast to exclusively broadcast the 49th Annual FDNY vs. NYPD Charity Hockey Game at UBS Arena on April 15.

    • Sports Stool Invitation: Barstool will exclusively produce and broadcast its first men’s college basketball tournament, the “Barstool Sports Invitational” on November 11, 2022 live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. The early season matches will be between Akron, Mississippi State, Toledo and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
