As if the current Ezra Miller saga could not be worse. After news broke last week that a North Dakota family had filed a court order against Miller accusing the actor of nursing their daughter, a Massachusetts family came forward this week with similar allegations. Now this mother and her 12-year-old child have a temporary harassment protection order against Miller. The ruling cites an incident in February where Miller acted inappropriately toward the child and threateningly brandished a gun during a gathering at their downstairs neighbor’s house.

The Daily Beast reports that the family was at their neighbor’s house in Greenfield, Massachusetts when Miller entered. Miller was reportedly there because the neighbor is in a band with Whitney Suters, a musician who is close friends with Miller. According to the mother who filed the order, Miller showed up wearing a body armor and began acting erratically. Tensions began to rise after the mother used the phrase “her tribe” about friends she had traveled with recently, leading Miller to accuse her of cultural appropriation. Then things got worse after Miller claimed the Parcheesi board game had Rastafarian roots, leading a half-black neighbor to question Miller. Miller allegedly exploded in rage, unzipped their jacket, showed a gun and said, “Talking like that could put you in a really serious situation. »
Miller then focused on the mother’s 12-year-old child, who, like Miller, identifies as non-binary. The mother claims that Miller continually harassed her child, touching her hips, pushing her chairs closer and asking her to add the actor on Instagram. The child’s mother and the visiting neighbor suspect that Miller was under the influence at the time, given his dilated pupils and erratic behavior. Following the February incident, Miller also visited the family in late April, May and June 4. During the last visit, Miller apparently showed up dressed as a cowboy and promised the child that he would buy several horses to look after him. on their farm in Vermont. So if that’s saying anything, it’s that Miller’s grooming of minors is now a confirmed behavior pattern.
Following these new allegations, Miller deleted his verified Instagram account. Before doing so, however, Miller allegedly posted memes to the account with statements mocking authorities and allegations made against him. These statements include claims to be in “another universe”, “another dimension”, and “to be safe from negative people and their evil intentions”. No one has seen Miller since this latest court order was filed Thursday. So, with their Instagram deleted, it’s easy to assume that Miller wants to drop the card for a while.
Miller was having a tumultuous 2022 even before the allegations over the past two weeks. He has already been arrested twice in Hawaii in March. In light of these incidents, Discovery of Warner Bros. wants to “take a break” on future projects with Miller. And in light of this latest court order, Miller may soon be blacklisted by Hollywood.
