Experience:
- Experience of at least 2 years in an agency.
- Must have a qualification in digital marketing or social media (non-negotiable).
Responsibilities and key skills:
- Community Manager: social media monitoring, listening, reporting and engagement across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage multiple accounts on various online platforms for brands.
- Manage communities and respond accordingly.
- Grow organic followers on social media platforms.
- Review user-generated comments and posts in a timely and timely manner.
- Social media management: manage, publish and schedule social media posts.
- Social media strategy: advertising on social networks and budget management.
- Ability to generate accurate reports and draw lessons for future optimization.
- Follow the pages of international brands and competitors.
- Social media analysis: data, information, reports and analyses.
- Social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Social networks and online PR: crisis, public relations and online management.
- Live event coverage.
- Provide trending information to the agency as well as emerging social media platforms that may be suitable for a brand.
- Conceptualize and manage social media contests and giveaways.
- Search for industry-related topics.
