Rvyalmedia has announced that it has won the full media account of e-commerce giant Click Frenzy, following a competitive review by the agency.
Click Frenzy was launched in 2012 by Global Marketplace and has 1.7 million members and continues to grow. The platform drives e-commerce activity in Australia for its retail partners through its annual industry-wide online mega retail events.
The partnership with Rvyalmedia will begin shortly to jointly plan and execute the first campaign, The Main Event, in November.
The event is Click Frenzy’s biggest online activation for the year, with over 500 Australian and global brands offering discounts during the promotional period.
General director Joseph Pardillo said: “It’s such a special opportunity for us to work closely with a groundbreaking digital company like Click Frenzy, and we’re so grateful to have the chance to partner with Mark and the team, offering unparalleled and exclusive retail offers to millions of Australians.
“Their entrepreneurial spirit as a company is infectious and we look forward to creating exciting campaign events with them that deserve their incredible retail offerings,” he added.
Click on Frenzy Marketing and Content Manager, Marc Salzman said, “We are thrilled to partner with Ryvalmedia as we begin the next phase of growth for Click Frenzy.
“Ryvalmedia captured our imaginations during the bidding process, presenting several innovative ideas that we are excited to implement for our upcoming campaigns,” he added.
Earlier this month, the agency announced the expansion of its team with new hires and senior promotions to meet growing client demand and new business dynamics.
Rob Ramirez has been appointed SEO manager, and Julie Gabelich joined as Commercial Director and Investment Specialist.
Ramirez will lead the SEO team and has extensive experience in the e-commerce, education, energy and real estate verticals. He joins Ryvalmedia from Reprise, where he was SEO Director, and previously at Digital Eagles as SEO Manager.
Gabelich joins Dentsu and Carat, where she was Director of Client Investments, and previously at Vizeum as Senior Commercial Director. She will lead the bet365 wallet and Sleepmaker (part of The Comfort Group ANZ).
