Jake Paul’s rise in the sports world continues to take shape, as the YouTuber-turned-boxer announced $50 million in funding for a new company to be known as “Betr”.
Billed as the first sports betting platform focused on direct-to-consumer micro betting, Betr will be launched as a media company and betting operator. Jake Paul is Founder and President in partnership with Founder and CEO Joey Levy.
With a new weekly sports show called “BS With Jake Paul” and a new sports betting app that puts micro betting at the heart of the product, Betr is expected to deliver a unique experience for all sports bettors with each launch.

Jake Paul partners with sports betting entrepreneur Joey Levy to launch sports betting and media company Betr. Levy is best known as the founder of Simplebet, a B2B sports betting technology company that focuses on simplifying the live betting experience.

It also announced in a statement that it had raised $50 million in Series A funding.

As he explains in a post featuring Betr, Levy is expanding its focus on in-play betting with this brand new platform. The co-founders raised $50 million in funds for Betr from a wide variety of investors.
Betr Sports Betting and Media Company Details
In a video explaining that he recently turned down a separate $40 million offer, Jake Paul explained that Betr will have two sides – a media side and a sports betting side.

Betr’s sports media side will debut weekly sports show ‘BS With Jake Paul’. Meanwhile, sports betting app Betr will only focus on micro betting, a type of betting that only deals with play-by-play events as opposed to outcome betting.

Betr will initially launch as a free-to-play game and will work to launch as a micro betting platform in individual states.
