Title: Account Coordinator
Reports to: Account Manager/Manager
Based at: Nunn Media Brighton
Purpose of the position: Responsible for the administration of all media campaigns, ensuring that all tasks are completed with the utmost attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Account Director or Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:
- Tasks performed on several media (TV, radio, print, display, digital and social).
- Loading media proposals.
- Work with media vendors to maximize the effectiveness of each purchase.
- Reservation of media schedules on several media.
- Work with your executive or manager to finalize the final purchase for all campaigns.
- Management of unavailability and relevant replacements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of several media.
- Work with the executive or manager to compile post-campaign analysis.
- When available, co-presenting performance, learnings and insights to clients.
- Assist digital and strategic teams as needed.
- Proactively improve your media literacy to ensure you can contribute to conversations with your team and clients.

Skills and Qualifications
- A graduate degree with a focus on marketing or business is preferred but not essential.
